ZitaCookies is a specialty bakery dedicated to the art of creating hand crafted, gourmet cookies from scratch. Zita's passion for baking excellence can be tasted in every incredible cookie. ZitaCookies are baked fresh to order using all natural ingredients (see Our Cookies).

After years of experimenting with cookie recipes and sharing thousands of her confectionery creations with friends, family, and co-workers, Zita DeGraffenreid developed a loyal following of cookie lovers. Her devoted culinary admirers began to refer to her incredible cookie creations simply as ZitaCookies. At the urging of her cookie admirers, Zita and her husband, Andy Fink, opened ZitaCookies in Carrollton, Texas in April 2009.
